Best place to stay. Clean and affordable. Close to all amenities. Thank you MJP and staff Fe.

Pros: Very Clean, Free WiFi, Netflix and the bed was very Comfy. Walking distance to mall of Asia, double dragon, Baclaran night market, Jolly bee, McDonald's, 7/11 and Alfa mart. It's also close to the airport via skyway. I enjoyed my stay there.

All in all we had a good stay.

Pros: The rooms were clean and cozy, the view is also nice and very near amenities. I like how near it is to MOA and easily seen by grab

Cons: The sliding door in one of the rooms were not working properly. The day that we had the staycation one of the rooms had the washing machine and microwave out and I have asked whether there is a different room that we can transfer to, the owner said we can transfer to a different room in a different tower, knowing that we are staying with family the recommendation was just not possible. And since the inclusions were not all there, there were no actions to compromise for the inconvenience. We have to go to the other room in a another floor just to heat up food.

Pros: Location in walking range of MOA plus many shops and restaurants. Nice facility, good view on the pool yard. All clean, good Internet.

Cons: The house rules with many restrictions only sent after booking. Loud works just on top during the stay. Cupboard partly broken.
