Pros: The place is really accessible. The malls and other establishments are just walking distance which is great.

Pros: The place was really nice, with coffee shops and supermarkets right on the street and shopping malls about 10 minutes away. The owner was great, my flight was delayed and I only arrived around 2 am, but I was in contact with an employee who kindly waited for me to give me access to the apartment. Overall, the experience was very good, though if you are a light sleeper, keep in mind that you can hear some noise from outside.

Pros: We had a minor issue during check-in—it was partly our own situation since we didn’t have a local Philippine SIM card, so we couldn’t call the host directly. We had to communicate our arrival time only through Booking messages. Despite that, the host was very warm and proactive—they came to the lobby to find us and personally brought us to our room. The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The location is very close to Mall of Asia, which was extremely convenient since we had an early flight the next day from Manila. The neighborhood felt safe and lively—we didn’t encounter any issues during our stay. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Manila!

Pros: It’s near in MOA, the owner is friendly and helps us when there’s a problem or don’t know how to used appliances.

Cons: Just outside of the property, it’s smelly.

Pros: I love the owner and the caretakers easy to speak with and asnwet when questions

Overall, a great experience, I’d definitely stay here again.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this place. The staff were welcoming, the host Eric stayed late at night to help us, even though he had work the next day and he even offered us extra hours since we checked in late. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was convenient yet quiet.

Overall an exceptional experience.

Pros: The property was rented by a friendly family that took time to make me feel very appreciated and comfortable. They were some of the kindest people I have ever met and I am fortunate to now consider them friends. There is an exercise room and the pool that are both in close proximity to the rental. It is within walking distance to several restaurants, the Mall of Asia, and the ferry ride to the Camaya Coast.

Cons: I can’t think of anything.
