Great location and great people.

Pros: Great location, Joan and her family are lovely 😍 responded to messages and additional requests very quickly and were extremely helpful. Cooking equipment was provided and accessible via lifts.

Cons: The shower heater kept switching off and I did not like the idea of unplugging it and plugging it back in while wet so I had cold showers most of the time. The couch was uncomfortable.

Cons: Bed is too small for a longer stay. For 2 nights is okay. Bath room was wet because the bidget was dripping.

Secure and clean stay for a good price

Pros: Very clean, all requests were settled quickly by Joan and her team. We did see a roach in the first room and were relocated immediately by her to another flat which was spotless. The building itself is well kept and protected. The pool area looked very clean as well.

Cons: To get into the city the location is not optimal. Walking almost impossible, walkways almost non existent. For moving within the city we used tuktuk, jeepney or grab. Fine for us, but you need to be aware of that. The kitchen is small, but ok. Only the kitchen hood is not working as it should so we alarmed the security by frying an egg. Good news is they are looking after any suspicious movement in the building.
