We have no problem with our stay in the hotel.

Pros: The staff in the front desk was accommodating. He helped us with our several luggage going to our room when we arrived and when we checked out. Thanks for the friendly staff. There is an electric kettle, small fridge, mugs, utensils, and glasses that we can use. The shower has a heater esp that the water is cold.

Cons: There is only one small soap provisioned. It could have been better if it comes along with a shampoo and conditioner just like other hotel accommodations.

Pros: Great value room in a perfect location, easy to get to local bars, not too far from the airport but not too close either. Also easy to get around Manila from here. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and well equipped and at a great price too. There's a friendly shop next door, and don't forget to take a beer up to their spectacular balcony for views across Makati.
