We enjoy staying at the place.

Pros: The place is clean very close to MOA and other tourist destinations the owner is very nice.

Cons: Staff in the reception is not that friendly thou.

Walking distance to MOA

Pros: Very close to Mall of Asia and a good convenience shop downstairs.

Cons: The actual address is not correct as there is 4 towers in the complex and we could not tell taxi driver where to go. We had to ring owner of condo to find out on route.

It was safe, convenient to places, and feels like a home away from home.

Pros: The owner was really accommodating and replies fast. Every inquire or questions were answered and resolved immediately. I highly recommend this place.

Pros: We communicated with the nice owner, and the condo was very nice and spacious, compared to other listings. The location was very convenient to the Mall of Asia and many shops and restaurants

Cons: The weather, many rainy days prevented many of our outdoor plans

Great big room near MOA for group or families

Pros: The room was really spacious and clean. It was a great place to rest in for the weekend and near MOA for a race we joined. The host was really accomodating as well! Highly recommend <33

Round 2!

Pros: We stayed at the other Kathy's crib few days before we stayed here. This room is bigger! Still clean and comfortable! The view from this room wasn't the best( according to my kids 13, 11 and 6) street view. But it didnt bother me. Communication with kathy was great, very responsive. Pretty close to everything!
