Philippines 🇵🇭

Pros: Host is very responsive. They respond to our needs promptly. Unit is super clean and smells good. Beddings are enough for the indicated # of guests they can accommodate. Has a nice view of the city from the balcony which is a plus point for me. We were able to cook our meals too. The location is accessible but we needed to walk roughly 10 mins to nearest convenience stores though there's a coffee shop just across the property entrance. We had a minor issue with the host with regard to check in time but I love that they were able to address our concern and also offered to compensate our inconvenience. Our overall experience is amazing and we will definitely book again. :)

Cons: Please note that there's no flat rate parking fee. They charge overnight parking from 10pm-6am for 150 pesos and then 10 pesos additional for succeeding hours but the parking area is secured anyway. Apart from the parking fee, everything is A okay. :)
