Good location. Just need a little cleaning and change the AC size, so it's more comfortable to stay.

Pros: The location is very good. Very accessible

Cons: The room is unclean. Bathroom sink with toothpaste stain. The toilet bowl is unclean, dusty and with few hair strands. AC filter is blocked and cooling is taking time. You need to switch on the fan, so you will feel better. No iron to press your clothes.
