Highly recommended place to stay. The staff are all accommodating and greets guests well. Love the view from my window.

Pros: Accessibility, accommodating staff, precise unit based on what is posted.

Cons: There are fruitflies, the fridge - a bit smelly with few molds and roaches inside, shower has unpleasant smell when I happend to open it. Overall - the place is clean and the linens, bathtowel - smells good. 👍👍👍

Wonderful vacation time spent while using this studio unit as a home base during our stay in the Philippines.

Pros: Great location close to the Southwoods mall. The unit was exceptionally clean in a new building. The staff who work at the building were extremely friendly and welcoming, as the owner was always available with quick response on any questions.
